As the new year creeps up on us and I figure out ways to have some of my own photos around the house, I decided to pick some of my favorites and put them together in a little calendar.
You can get a copy of the calendar yourself over here, if you would like, but I also have one extra copy to give away to one of you! All you need to do is leave a comment on this post by December 5th and I will pick one winner out of all the comments.

If you feel inspired to tell others about this giveaway on your blog or on Twitter (you can follow me over here), you'll get an extra entry. Just make sure you let me know!
In the meantime, I'm checking out of this space for a short little while to lounge out on a beach.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Oh - I get to be first! The photos are fantastic and I would love to be looking at them every day for a year!
amyjoon - your photos inspire me to take more photos - the colours, the compositions, the unique perspectives, the bokehs, the moods, feeelings, tasts, they convey - love them all and would love to include them in my daily, monthly, and yearly planning for 2010 :)

Dear Amy,
The photos you added to your calendar are a blend of creativity, beauty and wonderful composition. Thanks for sharing. Congrats!

Please count me in, too, Amy. It's beautiful.

each time i check in your work inspires me to be a better photographer, to look closer, look differently and see beyond what everyone is looking at! Thanks-

My wife is an amazing photographer. (If I win, I'm going to use the calendar to plan fun activities to do together)
That's gorgeous! I would love to win it!
I love the photos. What kind of camera do you use? I have resisted buying one. I continue to rely on a mini-megapixel camera phone that make everything but the brightest and closest look like schmutz.
Ooooh I hope I win!
I love the pics so much that I could not risk not to be selected for the giveaway! So I got myself a copy already! Beat all of you to it!! HA HA!!!!
so pretty! I want to enter. And I will tell about it on the blog of course. I just love those umbrellas!

Hi,
Yay, I'm so glad you decided to leave a comment on my blog. Because now, I have another blog to drool over! Love the images contained here. I will be lurking and bookmarking your blog!!
Picture 11 is my favourite out of the beautiful lot! Your bokeh shot is simply out of this world, almost reminds me of cool imagery of bacteria. Not icky bacteria! I hope you know what I mean. It simply look unreal, not something I'd know how to replicate.
:-) i am not really entering this giveaway for me, as i don't use calendars all that much. however, my mother definitely does, and this would be just perfect for her kitchen! so please pick me!! :-)

hi amy! what a great idea. i just moved so your calendar could be the first thing to hang in my office, hint hint.
xxo
oh beautiful
As the birds gazed upon the distance...
The drops gathered 'neath my window
gardening tools at hand
i took in perfume of white delight
While remembering the cherry blossoms
Which reminded me of my breakfast at Dawn...
Surrendering to the heat of summer
With blues-and-white covering our naked upperness
as we ran with diapers-only across the meadow...
No need to re-think the greensleaves tune,
For on the Brooklyn Bridge we gazed
Through branches of golden leaves
A tower of intertwined love we found...
(A love so precious...
That we had to make a calendar out of it and send it to Muni!!!)
Wow Amy! A years' worth of your beautiful photography? I fear I'm too far away and nomadic to win, but should I be randomly chosen, I will nominate a worthy recipient. xo
How gorgeous! What a lovely prize!
Thanks for the chance to win this beautiful calendar. It's georgous.
Your life's journey said to you: I promise I'll never be boring and mediocre if you promise to take up every challenge with Faith and enthusiasm.
Your pictures are a lovely representation of how you respond back to life...
